Every winner needs a Coach.

This is an established fact in sport. The Coach helps with strategy, skills, knowledge, tactics and discipline. In both your personal and business life, a Coach can provide the same benefits. Meeting with a personal Coach even on a weekly basis is costly in terms of time and money. Online coaching is a better option all round.

The Coaching Process

So how does it work? Firstly you need to be able to contact your Coach on a twenty-four hour, seven day a week basis. Online coaching can do this. By accessing a process for your particular issue you can develop strategies and action plans. As you complete this work online your Coach can see every element, add comments and suggestions, and point you in the right direction. Added features such as streamable videos, resource material and hotlinks to other relevant data makes for a complete support structure, a feature missing from many organisations.

The coaching process is confidential and secure. You are able to discuss any aspect knowing that your Coach has a wide range of experience and the resources of the Mindshop Group to assist you.

How it Works

You can access your coaching area via the Internet. Once in, you have a range of options. You can 'surf' your resource centre and you will find hotlinks to other relevant material, streaming videos, coaching processes and your personal Coach.

You can start anywhere. You may have a specific issue to resolve. You may want to develop a one page plan for you or your business (or both). Just making a start is the key; your Coach will guide you from any starting point.

Your resource centre changes daily so keep accessing it. The Coaching process is designed so that you and your Coach are in regular contact. The responsibility for keeping going is a joint one; your Coach will help drive the momentum.
