Strategic Planning Workshops
Facilitation of planning, problem solving and issues analysis workshops. We have worked with groups of varying size including groups over 50 people. We use a variety of leading edge Business Processes to drive action oriented plans.
Business Diagnostic Review
A simple review of the clients business is usually undertaken involving a detailed questionnaire completed by the client coupled with a comprehensive financial analysis. The questionnaire examines 132 key areas of the business. The business is benchmarked against similar businesses (where possible).

Waste Audits
Usually 15% to 30% of a business' operating costs is usually hidden, systemic waste. For a business with $1,000,000 in costs this equates to $150,000 to $300,000 pa that is lost due to waste. We will use an audit process that examines 7 key areas of waste in the business and develops action plans to remove it. Clients and their teams are actively involved in the process to ensure ownership and implementation of the results. Combined with Activity Based Costing (ABC) this process becomes a powerful diagnostic tool.
